WESTEX ® ULTRASOFT ® The nylon fibers fabric is engineered to focus the excellent abrasion resistance of the nylon on the outer surface to prolong garment wear life, while the cotton fibers are focused towards the skin to optimize comfort. The fabrics are fully flame resistant and the addition of 12% nylon in no way represents a hazard to the wearer. The 12% nylon actually enhances the protective performance in some cases, such as an electric arc and flash fire exposures. The significant increase in the abrasion resistance of Westex UltraSoft® has been demonstrated to increase the garment life expectancy conservatively by 50% over 100% cotton fabrics. 88% FR COTTON / 12% HIGH TENACITY NYLON WESTEX ® DH Excellent choice fabric for arc-flash and flash-fire protection. With its uniquely woven blend, it provides outstanding breathability and optimized moisture management to keep the wearer cooler, drier, more comfortable and has a low propensity for pilling. Westex® DH can provide consistent FR protection over the life of the garment 48% LENZING™ LYOCELL / 40% MODACRYLIC / 12% ARAMID WESTEX ® DH AIR™ Excellent choice lightweight fabric for a CAT 2 arc-flash and flash-fire protection. With its uniquely woven blend, it provides superior breathability and moisture wicking while maintaining color consistency for the wearer. 47% LENZING™ LYOCELL / 38% MODACRYLIC / 15% ARAMID AVENGER Flame Resistant Fabrics were created with the idea of two layers of performance on a single fabric designed with both comfort and safety in mind. Different fibers with different qualities provide a soft feel for greater comfort as well as enhanced wear life and protective performance against electric arc and flash fire exposures. 88% FR COTTON / 12% HIGH TENACITY NYLON NOMEX ® ESSENTIAL These fibers are engineered to provide workers in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries valuable escape time and protection from intense heat and flames from on-the-job thermal hazards. Designed knit fabrics to be wrinkle resistant, have excellent color retention, and minimum shrinkage for a fabric you can rely on and have long wearing durability. 55% MODACRYLIC / 35% LYOCELL / 10% ARAMID KERMEL 49.5% KERMAL® / 49.5% FR RAYON / 1% ANTI-STATIC Inherently FR fabric that provides dual hazard protection without sacrificing the comfort for the wearer. 3M™ SCOTCHLITE™ REFLECTIVE MATERIAL 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is designed for enhancing visibility in low light and nighttime conditions. 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is certified to various flame resistant standards such as NFPA and global high visibility standards such as ANSI/ISEA 107. Fluorescent properties help to make material highly visible in daylight, dawn and dusk.
