LATEST INBOILER TECHNOLOGY FROMHEVACAND DEDIETRICH Hevac has teamed up with De Dietrich to launch a new line-up of high output gas fired boilers. Compact, easy to install and easy to maintain, the De Dietrich C340/C640 range of floor standing modulating condensing gas boiler replaces the previous ECO 330/630 series and is designed to operate with natural gas. Hevac, which is the exclusive De Dietrich distributor in Ireland, has made a wealth of innovative products and technologies available to the Irish installer market, and the C340/C640 is no exception. Engineered for reliable and efficient performance, the new product is designed with both new and old building plant rooms in mind, and has the capacity to be installed side- to-side, which provides flexibility in floor design. It also has an optional secondary return feature that makes this boiler particularly suitable for use with heating technologies that use low-grade heat, such as heat pumps or underfloor heating circuits. The series has a wide output range from 51 to 1303 kW, and more in the case of cascade installation. With its unique low water content heat exchanger, the series allows for low-to-zero flow condition control with maximum flexibility in the operating temperature differential. www.hevac.ie

Altecnic’s new apartment control assembly

ALTECNICLAUNCHESNEWFLEXIBLE APARTMENTCONTROLASSEMBLY Altecnic, the UK’s leading supplier in hydronic solutions and part of the Caleffi Group, has launched the new apartment control assembly. Available in five different configurations, the valve assembly is compatible with three different water meter options, making it suitable for a diverse range of installations. As such, the valve assembly can be ordered as a standalone monobloc, with the option to add a moulded insulation cover and gauge, with a non-pulsed hot/cold water meter, a water meter with MBUS connectivity, or a class D water meter. Importantly, there is no requirement for additional adaptors to be used with any water meter configuration, saving time at the install, and reducing

the risk of leak paths. www.altecnic.co.uk
