L orna O’Regan of West Cork’s ‘FeelGood Health and Fitness’ celebrates three successful years in busi- ness this month. Lorna’s jour- ney has been one of continuous growth and learning, leading her to now focus her boundless energy on three key areas: fitness for older adults; nutrition education through cookery workshops and private consults; and wellness retreats. With qualifications in nutrition, fitness, and yoga, including recent certifications in restorative yoga and yoga nidra, Lorna is expanding her offer- T he Maritime Hotel in Bantry is delighted to introduce Glengarriff native Rose Hayes, as its new wedding coordinator. With a passion for crafting unforget- table moments and a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Rose steps into this pivotal role with enthusiasm and expertise. Having studied Travel and Tourism at St. John’s College in Cork, Rose began her career in the hospitality industry at the prestigious Park Hotel Kenmare, where she honed her skills in customer service before amassing invaluable experience catering to large functions, groups, and, most importantly, weddings at The Maritime Hotel, Fitzgerald’s Woodlands House Hotel and Charleville Park Hotel. “Joining The Maritime Hotel as wedding coordinator is a dream come true,” says Rose. “I am incredibly excited to work alongside such a talented team and to help couples create the wedding of their dreams in this

Exciting events are on the horizon – from intimate cookery workshops to invigo- rating wellness retreats, there’s something for everyone looking to prioritise their health and wellbeing. Lorna’s intimate cookery workshops, held at Gaggin and Courtmacsherry Community Halls, offer excellent value and an opportunity to gain confidence in the kitchen. Par - ticipants have the opportunity to observe Lorna’s expertise in the kitchen while also actively
participating and enjoying a delicious meal together. FeelGood Wellness retreats promise rejuvenation and self- care, featuring circuits suitable for all levels, a gentle yogalates session with Odette, nutritious lunch prepared by Lorna, scenic walks, and restorative yoga. Dates for upcoming retreats are May 18 and June 15. Additionally, Lorna will host a wellness day on May 25 at Lough Hyne Cottage in Skib- bereen, offering nature walks, yoga, sauna relaxation, and a sumptuous meal. Finally, Lorna’s popular
