PERSON SPECIFICATION
We are seeking an expert in electrical Facilities Management, who is excited by this unique opportunity to work with a landmark British institution. As the successful candidate, you will have held a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) position in a previous role, with demonstrable experience in project management. You are a natural leader, self- motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, prestigious 5-star environment. You will be versed in BS76671 Low Voltage Electrical Inspections & Testing (18th Edition IET Wiring Regs) and be able to derive and implement a comprehensive and formal Governance Structure for all positions with the Electrical Engineering hierarchy from the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) HV to Competent Person (CP) LV. COMPETENCIES Management: • To be part of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for the implementation and delivery of the maintenance strategy • Proven track record of managing a 24/7 shift team • Ability to coach, teach, train and mentor others • Leading, developing and motivating staff • Influential within the team and industry bringing people on board whether customer or colleague
