Skills: • An expert in electrical infrastructure, distribution, and associated asset base. Able to become the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) HV. • Extensive experience in electrical maintenance delivery and project management, with the ability to successfully manage associated budgets • Ability to manage a safe and compliant environment, adhering to statutory and regulatory requirements • Ability to implement new technology to aid maintenance delivery • Able to deputise for the Head of Facilities and manage the facilities provision across the estate, both hard and soft services • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, challenging and ever-changing environment Attributes • Good Communication skills, comfortable with securing, maintaining and robustly managing internal & external relationships. • A self-motivated teammember who is encouraging and enthusiastic and able to motivate others • Positive, driven and reliable. • A passion for quality and accuracy. • An innovator who is happy to embrace and instigate change. • Extensive knowledge about industry best practices • A keen practitioner who keeps up to date on the latest industry wide thinking • Ability to work in a client facing role within the industry and have a forward-thinking approach with the ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
