In order to participate in courses delivered via Zoom it is essential that the course delegate has an internet connected device (PC or laptop preferred) with video and sound situated in a quiet area away from day-to-day business activity. Delegate numbers are strictly limited to ensure individual attention and group discussion, book early to reserve your places.
