My knees don’t hurt and I’m not short of breath anymore. “Thank you Carly Hess. Not only am I winning the battle, I amwinning the war! For years I have suffered with knee pain and was certain I was going to have to have surgery. I made an appointment at Adams Physical Therapy in January 2020 to see what I could do to prevent this. After six weeks, I completed therapy and I won’t be having surgery. One goal realized. My next goal was to learn how to exercise properly and lose some weight. I have always tried to do it on my own. I would give up because I wasn’t seeing results and was not motivated and I wasn’t doing it correctly. Carly has helped me with my workouts. With her coaching and encouragement, I have lost over 60 lbs since January. My knees don’t hurt and I’m not short of breath anymore. I feel great! Thank you so much, Carly. We will be honoring our First Responders, Active Duty Military, National Guardsmen, and Veterans. We ask that you stop by our booth located in the Bubp Building from Wednesday July 15th to Saturday July 18th between the hours of 4pm - 8pm. You will get a ticket for either a complimentary Lion’s Burger from the Lion’s Club and/or Sausage Sandwich from the Optimist Club while supplies last. Wednesday is designated for our First Responders, Thursday will be for our Active Duty, and Friday for our Veterans. You get yummy food and we support our local organizations at the same time, we can’t wait to see you there!
