Rydon Homes is an NHBC registered developer and builder and as such we design and build not only in accordance with the Building Regulations, but also to the exacting NHBC Standards. Each home is inspected by the NHBC at key stages, thus ensuring our compliance with those standards. All of our sites are registered to the Considerate Constructors Scheme. This means that during the construction process we are committed to minimising the impact on the local community by being clean, respectful, safe, environmentally conscious, responsible and accountable. We also aim to consistently achieve “Performance beyond Compliance”. In April 2010 NHBC introduced the Consumer Code for Home Builders, which outlines certain requirements for good practise to support and protect home buyers.
