Rydon has a really open culture that thrives because people are treated (and treat eachother) with a fairness and respect that is often not found in some of the larger competitors, but Rydon is still commercial enough to substantially differentiate and compete in the current market. Rydon is a people business and certainly not at all impersonal which is a good thing. We take learning and development seriously. We have a good average tenure (7 years at manager level) and more than 15 years at director level.
