We’ll spend a night and leisurely morning in the quaint town of Talkeetna before we transfer to Denali National Park, home of the highest mountain peak in North America. Our excursion here will plant us squarely in the center of a vast and spectacular wilderness. As we enjoy short hikes and stops along the way, we’ll gain insight into the wildlife, flora, fauna, and history of this region. This incredible trek will draw to a close with a tour in Fairbanks, including the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and cruise on the Chena River aboard an authentic sternwheeler.
