Additionally, we wanted to understand the strengths of each leader and how well balanced and covered they were as a leadership team. Having them each complete Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, we were able to learn about each leader’s gifts and how they might best advance the purpose of the organization. Additionally, we now have common language to have leaders’ intentionally tap into each other’s strengths in their roles, projects and work. Gallup has found that the number one driver of engagement is whether a leader is tapping into their strengths.
