Detached sales rose by 10, to 40, between October and November, and were 22 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as Burnaby South’s detached market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in November was $1.49M, 0.9% above the previous month but an 8% decline vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.60M, 0.5% lower month-over-month and 15% below November of last year.
