There were 1,286 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in November, 13% lower vs last month and 20% below last year. At 373, condo sales were 9% lower in November than in October but 31% above November 2018. Increasing to 29%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in November was $404,500, relatively unchanged from October and 4% lower than in November 2018. The average sold price was $386,920 (1.2% above October), while the average PSF sales price was $468 (3% above October).
