The number of condo listings in Langley, at 270, decreased 5% month-over-month and fell 10% vs last year. November’s condo sales, at 65, were down by 24% from last month and 6% below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 24% in November, as Langley’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in November was $399,200, relatively unchanged from October and a 4% decrease from November 2018. The average sold price was $394,389 (down 5% vs October) with an average PSF sales price of $418 (6% below October).
