The 283 detached listings in North Vancouver in November 2019 were down 22% from October and 40% below November 2018. The 78 detached sales in November were down by 12% vs October but were 95% above November of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 28%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. The detached benchmark price in November was $1.50M—2% above October but 5% below last year. The average sold price was $1.68M in November, 1.3% lower month-over-month and down 3% year-over-year.
