The 69 detached sales were a decrease of 36% month-over-month but up by 35% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 9% in November, as Richmond’s detached market transi- tioned to buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price was $1.49M in November—0.7% below October 2019 and a 7% decrease from November 2018. The average sold price was $1.87M, 16% above last month but 3% lower year-over-year.
