The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased 13% between October and November (to 655), and fell by 3% from last November. The number of condo sales decreased by 10% vs October (to 136) but rose 64% vs November 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21%, as Richmond’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $627,100 in November, relatively unchanged from October and 2% lower than in November 2018. The average sold price was $557,354 (up 2% vs October) while the average PSF sales price was $643 (1.7% below month-over-month).
