At 32, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 14% lower in November than in October and 40% below November 2018. Townhome sales, at 16, were up by 1 vs October and 8 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 50% in November as Squamish’s townhome market remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in November was $708,300, relatively unchanged from last month but 4% higher than last year. The average sold price was $706,494, while the average PSF sales price was $495 (up 5% and 9%, respectively, from last month).
