Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,144 in November 2019, 16% below October and 22% lower than in November 2018. Month-over-month, condo sales fell by 16% in November (to 305), while year-over-year sales jumped by 47%. Unchanged at 27%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. November’s condo benchmark price of $750,400 was 0.5% lower month-over-month and 4% below November 2018. The average sold price was $948,541 at an average PSF sales price of $1,052 (down 6% and 4%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
