On creating an account and submitting your application.

Celebrates retail and spa colleagues for exceptional service in malls, spas, gyms, hotel shops, park shops, and souvenir spots.

Recognizes leaders at all levels, from entry to senior, who inspire their teams through exceptional vision, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to a human-centric culture that enhances the guest experience across Yas Island.
Acknowledges Senior Management roles (HODs, Directors, General Managers, VPs, CEOs, etc). Overseeing guest-facing departments and leading by example to consistently elevate service quality across touchpoints such as guest relations, concierge, or call centers. Recognizes leadership roles up to Manager level (Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Manager) that prioritize guest satisfaction by leading their teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
For leaders responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

To be able to join:
1. Participants must be currently employed at a business on Yas Island, actively contributing to outstanding guest experiences and community engagement (Former employees are not eligible to participate). 2. Simply register to the Yas Captain Program if you haven't already. Registering is a prerequisite for participation. However, you can complete your learning journey anytime.
How-to-nominate a colleague:
1. Log in or create an account Visit ruwadawards.com and click apply now then log in to your existing account or create a new one. 2. Choose your Category Once logged in, you can select any award from the Frontline, Spotlight, or Leadership categories to nominate a colleague. 3. Choose "nominate a colleague" While lling out the form, select "Nominate a Colleague" from the options, and ensure you provide the colleague's name, work email, and contact number in the designated elds.
4. Verication The colleague you nominate must be an employee working on Yas Island. Verication will require sharing their work email address. If they do not have a work email, please upload their work ID in the submission upload section. This will not aect your ability to upload your presentation submission, as you are allowed up to 3 uploads. 5. Complete the submission Be sure to highlight your colleague’s achievements in the specic award category by showcasing their contributions to the Yas Island guest experience through your video or presentation submission.

You may upload up to 1 le to support your submission, showcasing your role and contributions in delivering outstanding guest experiences within your category. If you’re nominating a colleague, please share why you chose them and describe their role and impact on guest experience in this specic area. A presentation consisting of 5 slides maximum. OBJECTIVES Word Count Limit: 300 words Kindly mention your role or initiative's specic targets and objectives, while also explaining why they are important and how they support Yas Island's Guest Experience.
IMPACTS AND BENEFITS Word Count Limit: 300 words Kindly explain the impact of your initiatives on Yas Island, using numbers or feedback to show your success. You can list the main benets achieved, such as improved visitor satisfaction, and include any extra positive outcomes that unexpectedly boosted Yas Island’s guest experience. PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION Word Count Limit: 300 words Kindly outline your key strategies to achieve objectives, and focus on planning, collaboration, and innovation. Describe the target audience and how eorts were personalized to their needs while highlighting the challenges you encountered and the respective solutions.

Innovation & Creativity The ability to implement innovative practices and creative solutions to enhance the guest experience.
3. Empathy and Personalization The ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs with genuine care, oering personalized service with a human-centric approach.
