2. Guest Satisfaction and Feedback Measurement of guest satisfaction levels and the nominee’s responsiveness to guest feedback, including actions taken to improve service quality. 4. Innovation & Creativity The ability to implement innovative practices and creative solutions to enhance the guest experience.

3. Empathy and Personalization The ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs with genuine care, oering personalized service with a human-centric approach.
