Alberta Health (AH) Alberta Health is the ministry that sets policy, legislation and standards for the health system in Alberta. ASCHA currently represents almost 70 percent of the seniors housing sector in Alberta. ASCHA proudly champions all sectors of seniors housing, including public, private and voluntary providers.
