A grand time! Visiting theatre.
OH YES IT IS Our junior school children were visited by The Wolverhampton Grand Theatre for the day. Not only did the children complete an interactive workshop, they also managed to grab a sneak peek at this year's pantomime, Aladdin. During the workshop, they learnt about the history of pantomime; found out about some tricks of the trade (including the way good and bad characters always come on from a certain side of the stage) and joined in with some very catchy and very entertaining songs! After break, they watched part of the play and to say it was brilliant is an understatement! With lots of belly laughing and lots of cheering and booing, it's safe to say that the children, and the staff, had a fantastic time!
