Crest Foods Calendars We are excited to launch our custom 2017 Crest Foods calendars, featur- ing nature photos taken by employees and friends of Crest. Special thanks to all of our photo participants: Ron Amrein, Ben Fichter, Cheri Kemp, Andra Meiners, Jeff Meiners, Sarah Nelson (mother of Ben Nel- son), Kyle O’Dell, Phyllis Ott and Rick Rice. All participants received an advanced copy of the calendar, as well as a prize pack of Crest Foods merchandise. It may seem early, but we’re already hard at work on our calendar for 2018! The new theme is farms and barns. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Submit your photos of farms and barns to Kristina McWethy

(kmcwethy@crestfoods.com) for a chance to be included in our 2018 calendar. Please note: In order to be selected, photos provided must print clearly at 13” wide. Coming Soon....The (new) Crest Store! If you’ve received any “Crest Cash” lately for either submitting a CIP Suggestion or for winning a CARE Award or Quality Hero Award, we will soon have a new place for you to spend it! We are in the process of moving the store from the purchasing offices to Marianne Cox at the reception desk of the Main Plant. Marianne has been working on coming up with some fresh and new ideas for items to be purchased from the store and hopes to have these new items in stock soon. She tells us to look forward to things like new apparel, camo hats, tote bags and gift certifi cates. The Crest Store will be open from 8:00am - 4:30pm if you want to stop by, or she will also be making some posters with available items. Look for more information to be posted soon!

Strange things happening at Crest lately... Pictured to the left is a truck driver who brought his fishing pole to his delivery appointment at the West Warehouse. Randy Reuter was driving by and couldn’t help but take a picture of it. To the right is Atilla and Paulette. Atilla belongs to DeLores Meiners and likes to go for rides in the car. Being the social guy he is, Atilla wanted to visit Crest Foods. It just so happened on that particular day that Paulette Thomas was filling in at the switchboard so Atilla and Paulette took time to get acquainted. He may have even received a treat or two while here also!
