International Headquarters for under- graduate students who are enrolled in institutions of higher education, learn- ing and are actively seeking degrees in their chosen field of study. The Office of Undergraduate and University Af- fairs provides leadership and oversight, management and supervision, and where applicable, assists with the operational, administrative, technical functions, and works collaboratively with IHQ staff to enhance the organization’s international processes primarily, interconnected with undergraduate members of the frater- nity. Q: What do you like most about your service with Kappa Alpha Psi? A: That I have the opportunity to as- sist multiple students inside and outside the class room around the country at once without limiting myself to one university.
Length of service: One year and three months.

Duties: Lead the daily operations of the International Headquarters and staff. Q: What do you like most about your service with Kappa Alpha Psi? A: Being a part of a great staff that services the membership across the country. Q: How do you ensure each member of Kappa Alpha Psi receives the best customer service possible from you? A: Coming to work each day with the attitude to ensure that I provide brotherly service each and everyday.
Q: Considering the 84 th Grand Chapter Meeting will be in Philadelphia in 2019, what must-see or must-do tip would you give to the Brothers and their families while they are here? A: Plan ahead to sight see the city.
