We are about to close another successful year and we have each and every one of our dealers and customers to thank for that. Though this year was a vast improvement from the challenges that 2020 presented, 2021 was not to be outdone. We continue to face supply chain constraints, like in most industries, but we will persevere and keep moving forward. As we announced early in 2021, we acquired Beall Manufacturing in Portland, Oregon. We have spent the last year getting to know them and bringing them into the MAC Trailer family with great success. The team out there is doing a wonderful job meeting the MAC Trailer quality standards and providing much needed product in the Western United States and Canada. We are excited to have brought on multiple dealers over this past year, spreading our MAC Trailer brand throughout the nation. We appreciate your continued efforts to learn and grow our brand and we are looking forward to the future!

NEWREAR ENTRY STEP UP OPTION
The latest convenience and safety improvement for our MAC Trailer flatbeds is the rear entry step up. This simple-to-operate step system has a hinged lid that can be locked in the open or closed position. When the lid is in the open position, it provides a grab handle that can be used as a rail for safe entry up the newly designed MAC steps. This driver-friendly addition to the MAC Trailer lineup of value-added options can be spec'd on all flatbed products.
NEWDESIGNS The MAC Trailer 1000-Cube Pneumatic Trailer is the first to be offered with an open strut design and engineered for weight savings! All Pneumatic models are now available with BTI's latest in lightweight and low maintenance parts. The new BTI Ultra-Light Manhole Assembly saves up to 21 pounds over other standard assemblies. The redesigned lid with a self-aligning lid gasket prevents metal shavings from contaminating your load. Also, the BTI BlackMaxx™ Composite HD Handles are 25% lighter than aluminum, corrosion-resistant, and made in the USA.
Additionally, MAC Vacuum trailers now offer a single inlet that eliminates the need to switch hoses from pressure to vacuum, making the driver's time spent more efficient and operation simple.
IMPROVED TAILGATE DESIGNS
MAC Trailer has made some significant improvements to safety and convenience! The innovative new ground control is now available on aluminum half rounds, MVP, and sheet and post dump trailers. This first-class engineered assembly allows the driver to remain safely on the ground while releasing the pin and opening the door of all side swing tailgates. Additionally, the tailgate and coal door hardware are standard with greaseless bearing blocks and stainless steel handles for reduced maintenance.

overslung gate assemblies now are fitted with a bronze bearing and a stainless steel pin to prevent corrosion and seizing of the assembly over time. This also includes a Nylatron seal to keep debris from entering the opening of the gate latch. hook and latch
REDUCEDMAINTENANCE AT EVERY TURN MAC Trailer knows the need for uptime and is rolling towards reducing the need for maintenance wherever possible. The high-tensile galvanized steel subframe now has bolted on spring and equalizer hangers. Also they have switched to a Nylatron bushing in the hardware bar bearing blocks and galvanized hardware bar to ensure ease of maintenance and simplify the serviceability of the trailer.
Also, now standard on all spring suspensions is the single bolt equalizer with a mechanical lock nut and pressed in bushing. This is an improved design over the past tapered bushing and double bolt design.

The manual will open through FlippingBook, a secure software program that allows our dealers to view the training information.
