OUNTAIN LAKES, NJ — Mayor Dan Happer and fellow
officials from the Borough of Mountain Lakes joined devel- oper HornRock Properties Wednesday, Feb. 26th, 2014, to celebrate the grand opening of Mountain Lakes’ newest luxury residential community: Legacy of Mountain Lakes. The mayor cut the ribbon on the new property, officially opening it to home buyers and guests who wish to tour the community’s brand new furnished model home. Although the ribbon cut- ting marked the official grand opening of the community, a number of the homes have already been sold at pre-con- struction prices. The opening of the model is expected to generate even more sales traf- fic, making Legacy of Moun- tain Lakes one of the hottest buying opportunities of the spring. The community of 39 three- and four-bedroom town- homes boasts ultra-luxurious finishes, spacious layouts and an ideal location in one of sub- urban Morris County’s most highly-desirable towns. “The Morris County loca- tion is a big draw, with major employment centers in Mor- ristown and Parsippany less than 10 miles away and easy access to New York City via Route 80 and the Mountain Lakes train station,” said David Hornblass , a princi- pal of HornRock properties. “Residents can enjoy access to nearby shops, services, museums, restaurants and theatres, or just spend the day on the golf course or at a lake club. It’s a tremendous life- style and Legacy of Mountain Lakes residents will be able to enjoy all of it.” The model unveiled on Wednesday showcases the Briarcliff floor plan, a 4,761 s/f layout that exudes luxury, grace and charm, merchan- dised by prominent interior design firm Gacek Design . The three-bedroom Briar- cliff is just the first of two furnished model homes being unveiled at Legacy that show- case the two-story designs in the community’s “Signature Home Series.” A Fernwood model is expected to open to the public in April. Situated at the intersection of Morris Avenue and Fanny Road, Legacy of Mountain Lakes offers a superb Morris County location. n
