The 4,130 s/f warehouse space will be used to store equipment and supplies. K Moorea Co. LLC is headquartered in New Jersey and provides road construction and maintenance machinery . n NAI Summit’s Adams reps owner in 4,130 s/f lease Dr. Beth McCampbell, has leased 2,000 s/f at 3514 Trin- dle Rd., Camp Hill from IPCL, LLC. Dr. McCampbell antici- pates to be seeing patients in the new space in June of 2014. Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented Dr. Mc- Campbell, the tenant and Bill Gladstone of NAI CIR rep- resented the property owner, IPCL, LLC in the transaction. In addition, J.D. Eckman, Inc. has leased office space at 3438 Trindle Rd. in Camp Hill from 213 Pine Street Corporation.
