Member (CCIM) Institute welcomed eight new CCIM Designees from the Pennsyl- vania / New Jersey and Dela- ware Area at the National CCIM Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee on May 1. Awarded the designation at the institute’s business meetings in Nashville, were: Benjamin Bode, CCIM of Rock Commercial Real Estate (York, PA), Susan Korath, CCIM of Tulfra Realty (Rochelle Park, NJ), Greg Finkelstein, CCIM of Rock Commercial Real Estate (York, PA), John Skeparnias, CCIM of NAI Emory Hill (New Castle, DE) , Ju l i e Tanpi tuk - pongse, CCIM of Para- mount Realty Services (Lakewood, NJ), Jerome Tse, CCIM of Pricewa- terhouseCoopers, LLP (Philadelphia, PA), Laura Martin, CCIM of Latus Commercial Realty (Camp Hill, PA), Warren Marr, CCIM of PricewaterhouseC- oopers, LLP (Philadelphia, PA). These des i gnees were among 184 commercial real estate professionals who passed the CCIM Compre- hensive Examination, the final component in the des- ignation process. The CCIM designation is awarded upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analy- sis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and in- vestment analysis, the cor- nerstones of commercial in- vestment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate bro- kerage, leasing, asset man- agement, valuation, and investment analysis. “We are incredibly proud of these eight new recipi- ents receiving their CCIM designation.
