LA PROPOSITION DE MODIFICATION AU RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE a pour effet de corriger certaines anomalies et corrections mineures au règlement de zonage no 2016-10 de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland. La modification s’applique à l’ensemble du territoire, donc aucune carte n’est incluse. Seuls les particuliers, les personnes morales et les organismes publics peuvent interjeter appel d’un règlement municipal devant la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario. Les associations ou les groupes sans personnalité morale ne peuvent pas déposer d’avis d’appel. Toutefois, un avis d’appel peut être déposé au nomd’unparticulier qui estmembre de l’association ou du groupe pour le compte de l’un ou l’autre. Aucune personne ni aucun organisme public ne doit être joint en tant que partie à l’audition de l’appel sauf si, avant l’adoption du règlement municipal, la personne ou l’organisme public a présenté des observations orales lors d’une réunion publique ou présenté des observations écrites au conseil ou qu’il existe, de l’avis de la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario, des motifs raisonnables de le faire. THE PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENTS addresses certain anomalies and minor corrections to both the text and the Schedules to Zoning By-law No. 2016-10 of the City of Clarence-Rockland. No key map is provided as the amendment applies to the entire municipality. Only individuals , corporations and public bodies may appeal the by-law to the OntarioMunicipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or the group on its behalf. No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the by-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the council or, in the opinion of the Ontario Municipal Board, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party. NOTICE OF APPEAL , setting out the objections to the Zoning By-law and the reasons in support of the objections, accompanied by the fees prescribed under the Ontario Municipal Board Act, must be filed with the Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland, no later than the 18 th day of July 2017.
