14 September 2011 HMRC has published the Questions (with Answers) and presentation from the forums held in London and Coventry over July and August 2011. The RTI FAQ’s page on the HMRC website at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rti/developerfaqs.htm will be updated in due course. Follow this link to view the FAQs and presentation slides 28 September 2011 HMRC are currently undertaking research to help them understand the issues they need to consider when designing the Real Time Information system. It is vital they reach employers of different sizes and sectors, with differing issues and experiences. The first phase of this research is currently underway and HMRC have asked four different companies to undertake this research on their behalf. If you receive a call from a company claiming to be undertaking research on behalf of HMRC, but you are unsure whether the call is genuine, you can call Luc Altmann on 020 7147 3638 quoting the name of the research company concerned and Luc will be able to confirm whether this is one of the companies involved. This research is totally confidential and your details will not be passed on to HMRC.
