For the past 15 years, he has worked full-time for the Pan Pacific Horticultural Corporation, regularly travelling to Australia and the United States marketing liquid fertilisers.
He is also a collector of antiques – “a lifelong passion” – and loves cooking and fine wines, along with enjoying a daily walk. While he does not yet play golf, Peter has promised himself lessons in 2022.
