Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Tulsa, Okla.

Margaritaville restaurant is a unique restaurant build, featuring everything from a large flowing margarita machine to a pontoon boat dining area. Construction of the tropical dining and entertainment venue included two levels of covered terrace dining, two bars, several private dining areas, and a fully-equipped stage.

Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Activity Center Wyandotte, Okla.

Jack Brown Center Tahlequah, Okla.

Ruth’s Chris Tulsa, Okla.

RedStone led the construction of this elegant restaurant space that features floor-to-ceiling windows, detailed stonework, custom floor covering and a curved mural wall. The restaurant also hosts a large bar area and three separate event spaces equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual.

Indigo Sky Casino Wyandotte, Okla.

Indigo Sky was the Eastern Shawnee’s first destination resort facility, provided increased business opportunities within the gaming industry and the largest single project in the tribe’s history. This project involved the development of approximately 67 acres including all utility infrastructure inclusive of two water supply wells, a water treatment facility and 13-miles of natural gas line; a 117-room, seven-floor hotel, with gaming floor space for over 1,500 slot machines, table games and bingo; a 200-seat restaurant; training center and multi-floor office space; a destination-style outdoor entertainment and recreation area, as well as a RV park with 43 full-amenity spaces and adjacent walking trails.

Johnny Rockets Tulsa, Okla.

RedStone constructed the addition of this all-American casual eatery to the existing River Spirit Casino and Hotel in Tulsa.

River Spirit Casino & Hotel Tulsa, Okla.

River Spirit Casino & Hotel is a two-phase project perfomed through a partnership with Manhattan Construction Company. This project includes the construction and site work of a 29-story hotel tower, the 2,500-seat Paradise Cove entertainment venue, a six-level garage, a grand ballroom, a retail center, a resort spa, two restaurants, an outdoor pool and bar, and additional gaming space.

Cherokee Grove Casino Grove, Okla.

Cherokee Grove Casino is a rustic lodge-style casino featuring gaming machines, a full-service bar and restaurant, and an entertainment venue. RedStone completed the construction and site work for the facility in just 10 months.

Walmart Neighborhood Market Jenks, Okla.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market features a pharmacy, bakery, deli, loading dock and receiving area. RedStone constructed the development and performed all site work, including a parking lot, four entrance drives, all site utilities, and landscaping.

Chris Samples President and Owner

From the time of RedStone’s inception in 2008, Samples has worked diligently to secure projects for the company and establish relationships with potential partners. His knowledge of tribal government and culture along with his business experience ensure RedStone succeeds in its goal to provide a qualitative, hands-on approach to General Contracting and Construction Management.

Lance Gopffarth Executive Vice President

With nearly 30 years of construction experience, Gopffarth is responsible for the direction and oversight of all operational aspects of RedStone Construction Services. Lance ensures that each project ultimately satisfies the client’s needs, builds and maintains relationships, and encourages the team to go above and beyond to create more long-term value on every construction build.

Drew Halsey Vice President of Preconstruction

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Halsey is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of RedStone’s Preconstruction Services. He guides the coordination and integration of final construction estimates, bidding, job cost, issuing subcontracts and purchase orders and the buy-out phase of the project.

Howard Smith Vice President of Construction

Smith has over 45 years of experience and approximately $1 billion worth of projects under his belt. As Vice President of Construction, Howard’s role is to provide day-to-day leadership and management to the construction department that is internally and externally aligned with RedStone’s overall strategic vision, philosophy, mission, short-term and long-term goals, and policies.

William Mosher, LEED, AP Director of Construction

Mosher is experienced in planning, organizing and directing all activities associated with the construction of RedStone projects. With nearly 20 years of construction experience, William provides leadership and confidence to project teams, assists in preventative planning for cost-effective solutions, and analyzes decisions that impacts potential issues and outcomes of projects.

Andrea Gibson National Account Executive

Gibson has more than 20 years of business development in the A/E/C industry. She is responsible for acquiring and serving clients that fit RedStone’s vision and goals, maintaining and growing revenue from assigned accounts, and coaching and training RedStone value proposition.
