chips while sitting by the pool. 1 block cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup lettuce, finely chopped 1 tomato, diced 2 green onions, sliced Optional: black olives, jalapeños, bacon bits Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread into the bottom of a dish or pie plate. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or veggies. Honey Lime Chicken Skewers 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed 2 bell peppers 1 red onion Pineapple chunks Marinade 1/4 cup honey
Juice of 2 limes 2 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp paprika Salt & pepper
Whisk marinade ingredients together. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
Add chicken, peppers, onion, and pineapple to skewers. Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasion- ally. Sweet, smoky, and perfect for warm June nights. Garlic Steak Bites & Potatoes 1 1/2 lbs steak bites 1 lb baby potatoes, halved 4 tbsp butter melted 4 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp parsley Salt & Pepper Toss steak and potatoes with butter, garlic, and seasonings. Divide into foil packets. Grill about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Open carefully and serve hot. Backyard grilling doesn’t get much easier than this.
