DAY 3: GARDENS ON SPRING CREEK/FORT COLLINS/FLY FISHING The day begins with a visit to The Gardens on Spring Creek, a serene 12-acre botanical oasis known for its diverse plant life and beautiful landscapes. From there, the journey continues with a nostalgic ride on the historic Fort Collins Trolley, offering a relaxed and charming way to take in the city’s rich history and vibrant neighborhoods. The afternoon winds down by watching a live fly fishing demonstration by experts from St. Peter’s Fly Shop, showcasing casting techniques and sharing insights into the region’s renowned fishing culture. B, D DAY 4: DAIRY FARM/BISON TRAIN/CHEYENNE DEPOT/DELANCEY RANCH This morning, take a guided tour of a local farm where you will learn about farming practices and enjoy samples of fresh, locally produced dairy products. After, head to Cheyenne for the next couple of days for a Western adventure. We’ll begin with a truly unique train experience that travels through pastures of Bison before diving into the history of the railroad and its impact on Cheyenne. Finally, partake in a special dinner at the DeLancey Family Ranch that gives a glimpse of the rodeo atmosphere. B, L, D DAY 5: CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS

Today is the “Daddy of ‘em all,” the Cheyenne Frontier Days. We’ll start with the Behind the Chutes Tour where you will get an exclusive look at the rodeo grounds, animal holding areas, chutes, and operations of what make this event world-renowned. After the tour, explore the history of the

Visit the Native American Village, Old Frontier Town, vendor booths, and entertainment throughout the area, while also taking in the exciting rodeo events of the day from the grandstand. B DAY 6: SUNRISE MINES/OREGON TRAIL/FORT LARAMIE This day will retrace the steps of history with the first stop at Sunrise Mines, once a bustling iron ore site that played a key role in early industry. From there, head to Register Cliff, where travelers on the Oregon Trail carved their names into the soft sandstone as a record of their journey west. Just a few miles away, walk alongside the impressive Guernsey Ruts, where thousands of wagon wheels wore deep grooves into the rock. The day continues at Fort Laramie, a pivotal 19th-century military outpost that served as a hub for pioneers, traders, and Native American relations. After a day rich in history and frontier landscapes, the tour returns to Cheyenne in the evening.
