Arrive in Fresno and meet your fellow guests and Tour Director, Caleb Lawson. Caleb, VP at Sunrise Tours, has visited every National Park in the contiguous US, and is affectionately known to coworkers and travelers as the “National Parks Guru.” Enjoy a friendly Welcome Dinner. D DAY 2: SEQUOIA & KINGS CANYON NATIONAL PARKS Rise this morning and enjoy a full day guided tour of Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. Together we’ll marvel at Giant Sequoias, the most massive living things on earth, and learn about the unique combination of elevation, climate, and fire that they need to thrive. Our walking tours to General Grant and General Sherman will give you an up-close look at two of the largest trees in the world. This evening, check in for a 2-night stay at Wuksachi Lodge in the heart of a dense lodgepole pine grove within Sequoia National Park.
