Bellhops Bellhops, a moving company, occupies an 8,142-square-foot office space inside Chattanooga’s upscale mixed-use development, Warehouse Row. Our team’s work on the project included selective demolition, interior aluminum storefront, LVT flooring, carpeting, and MEP package. The HVAC system required furnishing and installation of new water source heat pumps, and our team was also responsible for reworking existing electrical panels, furnishing and installing new receptacles and switches, and providing power to new heat pumps.
CBI Once home to the original Krystal diner, the EMJ’s team converted this empty downtown space into a modern workspace while maintaining the character of the original structure by exposing the existing brick walls and polishing portions of the original slab. The project scope also included mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, two new restrooms and a new exterior storefront.
