DON’T LET A SPORTS INJURY HOLD YOU BACK

For many individuals, enjoying a sport is a key component to a full life. When an injury or condition impedes your game, it can feel like the world has just ended — it’s crushing. But it doesn’t have to be! We at Four Corners Health & Rehabilitation are here to help you. We will work specifically on your particular injury and prescribe a program of care to ensure that it does not recur. Once we diagnose an injury, we first reduce any pain and inflammation. Then we determine if there is an underlying cause that triggered the injury. We also encourage patients who participate in a sport to see a physical therapist prior to the start of the season. This way, our therapists are able to condition the patient, which may prevent an injury in the first place. WITH SUDOKU TAKE A BREAK

We know you don’t want to give up your active lifestyle, and we don’t want you to, either. We strive to provide customized therapy programs to restore your strength so you can get back to the sport you love as soon as possible.
