Thenewstate-of-the-art free-rangepoultry farminHenrietta is expected to rampupweeklyproduction from4,000 to6,000 free-range chickens. The re-engineering of the Agribusiness cluster to expand theManufacturedCapital base and opera- tions with the newpoultry facility and qualitymachinerywill create additional revenue streams for the Group. Trimetys used its land resources in Tamarin to increase its revenue-generating capacity. Value created Tekoma Boutik Hotel’s renovations has considerably raised the value of the asset. The use of Be Cosy Apart’ Hotel as a quarantine facility also contributed to consolidate the first line of defence against COVID-19 and ensure health protec- tion in the country. TrimetysGroup remains persuadedof the significant benefits of agricultural diversification and organic farming on health and the environment. Highlights

What we use In the Hospitality cluster, Tekoma Boutik Hotel underwent major renovations in 2020, increasing its roomcapacity from 15 to 32. BeCosy Apart’ Hotel, our 3-star propertywith 102 fully equipped, air-conditioned apartments was alsomade avail- able to theGovernment of Mauritius for quarantine purposes in the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. As part of the Group’s diversification strategy and commit - ment to sustainable development, the Agribusiness cluster is carrying on with the rehabilitation of 21 arpents of land to create a new 9-hectare poultry farm with a hatchery in Henrietta. Additionally, land owned by the Group in various locations has been earmarked to grow organic fruit and vegetables. Trimetys will develop a farm with new production lines like animal breeding, beekeeping as well as organic fruit and vegetable cultivation in Mare Longue. The Group’s Real Estate cluster also leveraged 44 hectares of land in Tamarin to build long-term growth through its Smart City development, Cap TamarinSmart &Happy Village.
