Our Intellectual Capital is a key driver of our Group’s growth. It encompasses our unique way of doing things, allowingus to create value and wealth while establishing a strong brand identity and developing a solid relationship with our stakeholders.

Our Sports & Leisure cluster proposes a wide range of activ- ities for both children and adults. The Riverland Sports Club draws on theexperience andexpertiseof qualified instructors. Our strategy Our Intellectual Capital strategy focuses on enhancing the brand identity of Trimetys and its subsidiaries. We are constantly reinventing ourselves and adapting to market demandswhile enablingbusiness agility through consolidat- ingour digital transformation. In addition, we are committed to enhancing communication, integration and team spirit within the Group. I Recruitment of collaborators with experience in sustainable farming I PLAY Hotels, a new concept has been introduced

What we use The Group has, for several years, acquired distinctive know- how and expertise across sectors such as real estate, agri- business, hospitality, sports and leisure. With regard to Real Estate, our dedicated cluster has solid expertise in developing projects in Mauritius for both local and international clients. Our knowledge includes fulfill - ing the processes and requirements to obtain permits and clearances, project management and sales, among others. While free-range poultry farming remains ourmain agricul- tural practice, our Agribusiness cluster has started to expand its activities andproduct lines in 2020 to include beekeeping, duck farming and organic fruit and vegetable cultivation. The Group wants to develop farming practices in harmony with the environment. The cluster has therefore strength- ened its teamby recruiting employees with experience and specialisation in sustainable farmingandcultivationmethods. TheHospitality cluster owns andmanages hotels inMauritius andRodrigues and has acquired extensive experience in the sector. A new concept, PLAY Hotels has been introduced to further elevate its brand and offer a range of innovative services.
