How we create value

Social & relationship capital

Our Social & Relationship Capital refers to our relationshipswith our stakeholders, including the communities in which we operate and our customers, business partners, suppliers, employees and authorities. Our stakeholders are the people, groups or organisations that can affect, or be affected by our operations, policies and procedures.

On another level, we have been conducting an agricultural empowerment programme for 30underprivileged families in Rodrigues since 2016. Our collaborators fromTekomaBoutik Hotel and PLAY mourouk have also helped in an Alternative Livelihood Programme set up by the Rodrigues Regional Assembly to maintain places of interest on the island. Our other initiatives includeorganising several cultural events, providing road infrastructure and transforming 3 hectares of land intoapublic riversideparkat CapTamarinSmart &Happy Village. Our strategy Wisely investing in our Social & Relationship Capital helps us reach our goals at Trimetys. Our strategy includes supporting sports talent and events in Mauritius and Rodrigues. We also continue to nurture key relationships with our surrounding communities and are committed to contributing to their well-being and participating in their development. Addition- ally, we focus on maintaining customer loyalty and satisfac- tionwhile striving to ensure the protection of our clients’ and employees’ data. What comes out In line with our Values, the various actions undertaken have led to “HAPPY” community members and stakeholders at large. Sports and the cultural events organised also play an important role in promoting diversity and social cohesion. Moreover, the families that we guide in Rodrigues are better able to fend for themselves. Work undertaken at Cap Tamarin Smart & Happy Village has reduced road congestion and provided the public and residents with access to quality infrastructure and facilities. The riverside park will also make an important contribution to the region’s quality of living. Value created Our commitment to society and our surrounding communi- ties has enabled us to build andmaintain a stronger reputa- tion throughout the years, drivenby our objective of creating happiness. Our various initiatives have led to tangible and intangible benefits such as social inclusion and cohesion, improved quality of life, empowerment and well-being.

What we use Cap Tamarin Smart & Happy Village is a Gold Sponsor for HorizonParis 2024, aproject to supportMauritianathleteswho will take part in the 2024 Olympic Games. We are also proud to support the Paralympic athlete, Brigila Clair. Furthermore, we have renovated and provided some equipment for the village football ground in Tamarin. l Support to 140 children through Riverland Sports Club l Assistance to an Alternative Livelihood Programme in Rodrigues l Creation of a "3-hectare public riverside park" l Gold Sponsor for Horizon Paris 2024
