WOLVERHAMPTON GRAND In a thrilling display of theatrical magic, Wolverhampton Grand Theatre graced the halls of Abbey to finish the half-term on a high for KS1 & 2 The day kicked off with an interactive workshop led by three talented performers, accompanied by none other than the Grand Theatre's resident Dame, Ian Adams. With boundless enthusiasm, the children delved into the captivating world of pantomime, exploring its rich history, uproarious jokes, energetic routines and memorable songs. Laughter echoed through the school as the children embraced the vibrant atmosphere. The highlight of the day came in the form of a mesmerising 40-minute production of this year's enchanting pantomime, 'Snow White.' Wide-eyed and spellbound, the children watched in awe as the timeless tale unfolded before their very eyes, whisking them away to a land of wicked queens, charming princes and daring adventures. Thanks to the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre's visit, the pupils of Abbey were treated to an extraordinary day of theatrical wonder, igniting their imaginations.
