Bhangra Beats! YR Themed day
HOY! There was excitement and energy in the air as Early Years welcomed Vijay for a dazzling Bhangra session to celebrate Diwali. Armed with his drum, Vijay showed off lively rhythms and booming beats that had everyone moving in time to the music. Children clapped, clicked, stepped and waved their arms to a count of eight, matching each move to the irresistible Bhangra beat. The highlight? Shouting “Hoy!” with perfect timing! Laughter filled the room as pupils and staff joined in, turning the hall into a sea of colour and rhythm. It was a workout, a dance lesson, and a celebration all in one—what a brilliant way to learn about Diwali!
