Karate Kid (2) Kicks! Victory and thanks
SILVER A youngster from Abbey had plenty to celebrate after storming to success at his very first GKR Karate tournament. Mason Crowley, from class 3H, battled through a tough field of around 30 competitors to claim an impressive second place in his age group. The silver medal win marked a sensational debut and secured his place at the upcoming GKR World Cup in Telford on 24th July. The international event will see fighters from the UK, Australia and New Zealand go head- to-head, with Mason now set to represent his school with pride. Friends teachers and family were bursting with pride as the star prepared for the stage.
