1. BUY WORK OUT OUTFITS YOU LOVE It may sound silly but TRUST ME, it works! When I first started working out I had 1 pair of old leggings, no sports bra (YES, I wore my every day bras to work out) and I’d wear a $2 tank top from Forever 21!
