Send a card or meet for lunch for one-on-one recognition. Melaleuca also encourages monthly Leadership Celebration events. These reward individual accomplishments and also pave the way for continued growth with your whole team. Holding an event each month builds strong connections, focuses activity, and inspires your team to stretch to new heights. Melaleuca is a relationship business and it’s critical to nurture your relationship with an enrollee by holding a Strategy Session within 48 hours after enrollment. In a Strategy Session, you follow up with your new customer to answer questions, determine the next steps, and schedule action for new customers and new business builders. Fast Track is a fun, results- driven program designed to help your business grow by focusing on correct business activities. During a series of meetings lasting about four weeks, Fast Track members work together as a team to set goals, create action plans, implement those plans, report results, and celebrate success. They share a competitive spirit as they race toward their goals and report back each week. Fast Track is a fantastic way to learn while celebrating accomplishments and having fun. Most of all, Fast Track followed by effective business-building activities creates real business growth.
