Marks the completion of Stockton University’s Phase II Residence Hall O’Donnell & Naccarato celebrates ribbon cutting and grand opening of residence Hall

TLANTIC CITY, NJ – O’Donnell & Nac- carato (O&N marked the completion of Stockton University’s Phase II Residence Hall with a ribbon cutting cer- emony in Atlantic City. The six-story, 135,000 s/f student housing complex, located in the city’s Chel- sea Heights section, features apartment- and suite-style living, with a total of 416 beds, as well as lounges, a meeting room, business center and laundry facilities. The build- ing is part of the multi-phase Atlantic City Gateway Project, A

engineering services for both phases of the project, which also included construction of the three-story, 56,000 s/f steel-framed Scarpa Academic Center, along with two other residence halls totaling 224,000 s/f and 543 beds.
