P McK Electrical chose Concord by Sylvania Lighting as its lighting partner on the James House project, a five-storey office refurbishment scheme located in Belfast’s iconic Gasworks area. The lighting design included approximately 700 Rubico LED recessed, 600x600 luminaires in the main offices to provide direct/indirect low-glare lighting that meets the PPA requirement for a low UGR (Unified Glare Rating). To complement the aesthetics of the breakout areas, over 300 bespoke-sized Rana Linear fittings in black were chosen. Direct and indirect versions of the fittings were installed to throw light onto the ceiling as well as downwards. The lighting solution also included Insaver Slim, circular and square fittings and Concord by Sylvania Lighting’s flagship downlight range: Ascent 150 square. Externally, the choice was made for
