We aim to exceed expectation. Employee Benefits Salary level: c. £80,000 p.a., negotiable dependent on experience. Pension: The Institutes operate a Group Personal Pension Plan, which you are eligible to join from your date of commencement. The pension plan is a defined contribution scheme. The Institute will contribute 10% of your salary and you contribute 5% of your salary. You have the option of contributing more, should you wish. Life Assurance is also available and includes a Death in Service benefit and three times basic annual salary. Please note this is only applicable if you have joined the Group Personal Pension Plan.
