Installing Balusters 13. S lide remaining balusters into bottom rail until balusters are fully seated.

15. E nsure that gaskets are positioned onto each end of T-Rail, and attach stair T-Rail bracket to posts using two #9-16 x 2 " wood screws (provided) at each post location.

16a. Position black washer so screw will recess into pocket of washer and install side screws through T-Rail bracket into rail, one on each side of T-Rail bracket, using two #8-18x1" self-drilling screws (provided) at each post location. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS WASHER MUST BE USED. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE WITH OTHER GENERIC WASHERS.
